We want you to love your MOFT gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. If your mobile workstation or accessory isn't the perfect fit, we'll help you start the return process quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all adhesive strips, components, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
